Narrow approach roads and a challenging parking situation made accessing the hotel a bit cumbersome, particularly with tight turns. Limited WiFi connection in the room, which could be an issue for those needing reliable access.

It was just an ideal choice for a momentary pause in Dartmouth with value for money. The breakfast was fresh and generous each morning with lots of delicious choices. Check the parking availability ahead of time, as it can be tricky around the area.

The garden room offered stunning views over the river that made my mornings magical. I loved that breakfast could be enjoyed on the terrace, where we were treated to a spread of fresh options. i almost gave this place a decent review, but too many little things added up. the toast at breakfast was wrapped in tin foil, how utterly tacky. and good luck with the parking, narrow roads galore. i would have appreciated a complimentary gesture for all the hassle, but i guess that’s too much to ask here!
